BOOKING PROCEDURE

• Share booking details via Email or WhatsApp with traveler information and travel dates.

• A booking reference/PNR will be provided after request.

• Reconfirmation is required 10–15 days before arrival.

• Guests must carry the service voucher issued by Tours Orbit.

AMENDMENTS

• Major changes will be treated as cancellation.

• Minor changes may be accepted with applicable charges.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All rates are based on standard category rooms unless specified.

• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment and availability.

• Final vouchers will be issued after full payment (within 3 working days).

• If selected hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.

• Hotel selection is based on budget and reviews; guests are advised to verify before booking.

• No hidden charges except personal expenses/meals not mentioned.

• Extra bed/breakfast charges for children to be paid directly at the hotel.

• Tours Orbit is not responsible for delays due to natural calamities or unforeseen events.

• Vehicle AC may be switched off in hilly areas as per safety norms.

• Primary guest must be 18+ with valid ID proof.

• Standard check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (may vary).

• Early check-in/late check-out depends on availability.

• Hotels may deny check-in to unmarried couples or certain guests as per policy.

• Additional services or preferences may incur extra charges.

• Hotel service quality is managed by the hotel; Tours Orbit is not liable.

• Buffet meals and room service depend on hotel policies.
